VITA-SILK is pH balanced with no added silicone or alcohol. This vitamin based conditioner replenishes the skin allowing it to retain a moisture barrier, and is an effective treatment for dry, itchy skin associated with allergies or dandruff related problems. This conditioner may be used before bathing and full strength as needed for de-matting and de-tangling. (16 oz. bottle)
